In a traditional agency process, a website takes four to eight weeks. Most of that time isn't spent on design but on getting the design approved: meetings, revision rounds, feedback still pending.
The ready theme approach shortens this cycle, because what you approve isn't an abstract draft but a real site. That's also why our 1 business day promise applies only to sites built with a ready theme.
When does 1 business day apply?
The promise depends on two conditions: your site is built with one of our ready themes, and your content has reached us in full. The timeline starts when the purchase is completed. For a site built with a ready theme and with its content complete, the preview is sent for your approval in 1 business day on the Advantage package and in 2 business days on the Performance package; once you approve, the site goes live.
If you want a design other than a ready theme, the timeline depends on the scope and you're told upfront. On the Exclusive package, too, the delivery time is set once the scope is clear.
How does the process work?
- You send your request; we learn about your industry and your needs.
- We choose a suitable ready theme together.
- Your content (logo, text, images, contact details) reaches us.
- The theme is adapted to your brand and the content is put in place.
- You approve the preview and the site goes live.
Revisions after launch
If you want design changes after launch, the revision allowance in your package applies: 1 design revision round on the Advantage package, 2 on Performance and 3 on Exclusive. You send your revision requests within 7 business days of the site's first launch on the Advantage and Performance packages, and within 14 business days on Exclusive; we complete each round within a reasonable time. Typos and small layout fixes don't count as a round.
What really makes it take longer
The work on our side is predictable. What makes it take longer is almost always content: the vector version of the logo can't be found, the service descriptions haven't been written, the photos haven't been taken.
That's why our commitment isn't unconditional: the timeline starts once your content has reached us in full. If you don't have content ready, don't panic — we'll work out the structure together, but then it will take longer than 1 business day.
The domain is a separate matter
Even when the site is ready, domain propagation (DNS) can take a few hours. If a new domain is being bought, this is usually quick; if an existing domain is being transferred from another provider, the process can take longer. This wait isn't in our hands, but we tell you upfront when it will be done.
