Refund and Withdrawal Terms

14-day right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you purchased as a consumer, you may withdraw within 14 days from the date the agreement was concluded, without giving any reason.

If, with your approval, performance of the service began before the withdrawal period expired, under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği) the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in respect of the part already performed; a deduction is made in proportion to the work completed and the remaining amount is refunded.

Cancellation and refund rules

• For cancellation requests made before design work has started, the full payment is refunded.
• Once design work has started, the refund is made after a deduction in proportion to the work completed.
• Once the site has been published, the setup fee is not refunded.
• The annual renewal fee is not charged if cancellation is notified before the renewal date.
• Cancellation requests are submitted via the support panel and are answered within 24–36 hours.

Cancellation at annual renewal

The annual renewal fee is not charged if cancellation is notified BEFORE the renewal date.

For cancellations made after the renewal fee has been collected, the fee for the unused full months is refunded; domain registration and renewal fees are not refundable because they are paid to the registrar — the domain name is in any case registered in your name.

Refund period and method

Approved refunds are made within 14 days of our receipt of the notice of withdrawal, using a method consistent with the original payment method.

Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days for card refunds to appear on your account statement.

Non-refundable items

• Domain registration and renewal fees (paid to the registrar; the domain name is registered in your name)
• Hosting and support periods actually used
• The setup fee of a site that has been published
