Questions written to Octo, the help assistant in the customer panel, are kept for 90 days from the last message in order to improve Octo. After that, only the matches Octo has learned remain, without business or personal information (details: KVKK Privacy Notice).

Google Business Profile Data

Customers who use the Google Business module in the customer panel add our agency account to their business profiles as a "Manager". Through this access, we retrieve business information, reviews, posts and profile performance statistics from the Google Business Profile APIs. These data are shown only in the relevant customer’s panel and to our support team.

Review texts and reviewers’ names are not stored. Other data are kept for a maximum of 30 days and are not combined across customers. Changes to the profile, review replies and posts are made only with the customer’s approval. The data are not sold to third parties, are not shared with anyone other than the hosting providers we use to run the service, and are not used for advertising purposes.

When the customer removes our manager access or terminates the service, retrieval of these data stops and the stored data are deleted within 7 business days. Google’s Privacy Policy applies to how Google processes these data.

Security

Your data are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in systems with restricted access. Nevertheless, we would remind you that no transmission over the internet is completely secure.
