What the site needs to solve in this business
If the gowns aren't visible, brides-to-be don't come to the shop
Brides-to-be want to see the gowns in advance
Before coming to the shop, they look through the collection, the cuts and the price range on their phone. If your gowns are only scattered across social media, finding the dress they like gets harder.
Fitting and delivery dates get mixed up
The number of fittings, alterations and the delivery date are planned around the wedding date. If this arrangement isn't explained on the site, every conversation starts with the same questions, and dates clash in the busy season.
It isn't clear what's for hire and what's for sale
Brides-to-be want to know whether a gown is for hire, for sale or made to measure. If this isn't written on the site, the first message starts with a question about price; an undecided bride-to-be looks at another shop without waiting for an answer.
Shop modules
Gowns, shop and announcements in the same panel
Everything below is a screen that works today; the price box shows which package includes each one.
Gown catalogue
Each wedding dress has its own page with photos, a description, and size and colour options. You sort gowns into categories by collection or cut, and enter and update prices yourself.
Shop and fitting room photos
You upload photos of your shop, fitting room and window display, and choose which ones appear in the gallery. You use photos of brides only with their permission; images are automatically converted to lightweight formats on upload.
Guides for brides-to-be
General information posts, such as when to start choosing a wedding dress, how to plan a fitting schedule and what the difference is between hiring and buying, are published on the blog.
New season announcement
You show your new season collection, end-of-season hire gowns or holiday opening hours with an announcement that appears on the page and dates you choose.

Questions about bridal shop websites
How should we show our wedding dresses on the site?
Each gown has its own page in the product catalogue: photos, description, and size and colour options. You sort gowns into categories by collection or cut; brides-to-be ask about the gown they like via WhatsApp or the form.
Can we show hire and sale wedding dresses separately?
Yes; you can group hire and sale gowns into separate categories and state which one it is on each gown's page. For hire, explaining the fitting, pick-up and return dates on a separate page prevents disputes.
Is there a right of withdrawal for a made-to-measure wedding dress?
For products made to a person's own measurements, the right of withdrawal is limited under Law No. 6502 (the Turkish Consumer Protection Law). We recommend stating this, along with the number of fittings and the delivery date, in writing on the order form, and explaining it in general terms on the site too.
Should we list wedding dress prices on the site?
We recommend it; a starting price or price range keeps brides-to-be who don't want to send a message just to find out the price on the page. In the product catalogue, you enter and update each gown's price yourself.
Can we share photos of brides on the site?
A photo in which the bride can be recognised is personal data; you can publish it on the site only with her explicit consent. Adding the consent in writing to the sale or hire contract prevents disputes later.
Do you have a theme made for bridal shops?
There's no separate theme for bridal shops. At setup, you can choose the Retail & Shops industry and use the İlik theme, made for tailoring workshops: it comes with sections for bride and groom preparation, fittings with set dates and measurement appointments. On the Exclusive package, your site is designed especially for you.
