What the site needs to solve in this business
If your portfolio loads slowly, the job goes to someone else
Large photos weigh the site down
Every shot in a portfolio is high resolution; photos uploaded as they are keep people waiting for seconds on a phone. Prospective clients may close the page before the first shots open.
Social media alone isn't enough
In a feed, your work is scattered by date; it's hard to show wedding, product and portrait shoots separately. People who search Google by type of shoot should be met by your own page.
Package and date questions arrive scattered
What does the package cover, when are the photos delivered, is the date free: questions are scattered across messages, WhatsApp and the phone. On a busy shoot day, requests get missed.
Photographer modules
Portfolio, shoot types and posts in the same panel
Everything below is a screen that works today; the price box shows which package includes each one.
A light, sharp portfolio
When you upload your photos, every shot is automatically converted to lightweight formats such as AVIF and WebP and opens at the right size on every screen. You choose which shots appear in the gallery, and in what order.
A separate page for each type of shoot
Weddings, engagements, family, product and corporate shoots: each type has its own page with its scope and frequently asked questions. People who search by type of shoot can find the right page.
Shoot stories and guides
You publish the story of a shoot or a "how to prepare for a shoot" guide on the blog. Posts both show your work and get found in related searches.
Package and delivery questions in one place
Shoot length, how many shots are delivered, delivery time and deposit terms: you write the answers to questions like these on the Frequently Asked Questions page; prospective clients read them without having to ask.

Questions about photographer websites
Will my photos lose quality on the site?
Photos are converted to lightweight formats such as AVIF and WebP on upload and served at the right size for each screen; they open fast on phones and sharp on wide screens. Media storage is 5 GB on Advantage, 10 GB on Performance and 50 GB on Exclusive.
Can I stop my photos being copied without permission?
Methods such as blocking right-click don't really prevent copying; a screenshot can always be taken. You can add your own signature to the shots you share on the site before uploading them, and share high-resolution files through a delivery link rather than on the site.
Can I deliver photos to my clients through the site?
No; the site has no client login or personal delivery gallery. The site shows your work and takes shoot requests; explaining in your FAQs which cloud folder or delivery platform you use for delivery answers clients' questions from the start.
Do I need permission to publish photos with people in them?
Yes; the image of a person who can be recognised in a photo is personal data, and publishing it on the site requires that person's explicit consent. For shots that include children, parental consent should be obtained. Adding the consent in writing to the shoot contract prevents disputes later on.
Do you have a live site you've built for photographers?
Yes. On the References page, you can open our customer's site tagged "Photography Studio" via its live link and check the gallery and contact layout on your own phone. Only sites of customers who have given permission appear in the gallery.
